The Inns of America Suites in Carlsbad is a new, all suites hotel located 35 miles north of San Diego Int'l Airport. This hotel is only one mile away from Legoland and the Flower Fields. The beach is only a 5 10 minute walk away from this hotel. Many other area attractions can be conveniently accessed from this hotel, which is just one block west of I 5 (Cannon Ave. exit). The Inns of America offers a free shuttle to Legoland, Carlsbad Company Stores, Palomar Airport and the Poinsetta coaster train station (upon request). This new hotel opened in January of 2002. The guest accommodations are very well appointed suites with a full range of amenities. In room conveniences include a fully equipped kitchen and free, high speed internet access. Guests are offered a complimentary, continental breakfast on Monday through Thursday morning. There is also a social hour in the evening, with complimentary beverages.
